National Brownie Day – December 8th

A cross between a cookie and cake, the chocolate treats were first invented in the United States and soon became a popular snack all across the world. Traditionally made with plenty of chocolate, bakers take their creative flair on the humble brownie to create all kinds of delicious treats, including a variation on the theme: blondies! 

Share the brownie love on social media on December! All bakeries and coffee shops can use National Brownie Day to promote a limited time offer and bake some gooey brownies especially. Other brands could treat their customers or colleagues to a box of brownies and document the joy on social media, or shout out a favourite local baker (yes it can be your mum) whose brownies are officially THE BEST.
